Information provided by a previous buyer:
“I think almost any NPN transistor will work but I don’t know what the M and F on the terminals mean. G is obviously ground but the one marked F you would expect to be Feedback which is how the circuit works, but it isn’t Feedback, the feedback is provided by M !!!
This circuit that I’ve drawn works with a 2N2222a transistor and makes a fair old noise, but take a look at a youtube video…
