These CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR 2N3707 devices are silicon NPN transistors designed for low level, low noise applications, and are manufactured in a plastic TO-92 case.
When looking at the flat side with the leads pointed downward, the three leads emerging from the transistor are, from left to right, the emitter, collector, and base leads.
Recommended PNP complementary series is 2N4058 thru 2N4062
