Diotec GL1M / Old Philips BYD17M
These parts are manufactured by Diotec who took over the rights to the part from Philips they are a replacement for the Philips parts
The only difference being the diameter of the diode is slightly smaller at 1.6mm instead of the 2mm diameter of the old Philips parts.
