Highly Robust Panel Mount Rocker Switch originally made for the Caterpillar Co. of the USA
Double Pole 3 Position
Only 4 of the 6 ‘screw in’ connections are ‘live’ which means the function of the switch is OFF/ON/OFF
Though they are marked ON/ON/OFF the first ON to the left must be OFF as the terminals are not connected.
Requires a 22mm x 33mm cut out.
Fixed via the metal flange which has two threaded holes.
A 4 Screw and washer set is provided to affix ring terminals.
Very sturdy/robust design (not surprising given the original customer).
These come to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a Mil.spec. type company.
Made in the U.S. they are very good quality complete with all screws etc.
In pristine condition and stored with us still in their original packaging.
They work perfectly but as they have been in storage for some time (date code 8901) we have classified them as ‘new other’.
