Please note:- these came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type aerospace Co.
Having been in storage for some time we have classified them as ‘new other’ they are still perfectly serviceable and very elastic (see pic’s before, during and after stretching).

Operating Temperature – °C-65 °C to +95 °C, intermittent 120 °C
Synthetic rubber insulating sleeves made from polychloroprene known as Neoprene.
Neoprene sleeves have many uses including covering and protecting un-insulated terminals and tidying and protecting braided or multicore cables.
Helsyn or H sleeves are ideally suited to rigorous environments such as aerospace, mass transit and defence markets.
As the material is highly elastic, its original size can be expanded 500% on application and 200% in continuous use.

• Withstands up to 120°C intermittent temperature
• Covers many cable diameters with one size
• Available here in cut lengths
Application of the sleeves is made easier by the use of a special 3 pronged pliers and or a suitable lubricant, search for Hellerman lubricant (Hellerine).
With patience it is possible to fit manually.

These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large Milspec type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’. They are however pristine, stored with us still in their original packaging and ‘as new’ in all respects, the photographs are representative of their excellent condition, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
