National Semiconductor Vintage 80’s LM323K Regulator 5V 3A Steel TO3 MBD002C

2 in stock

SKU: MBD002C Category:

For sale here we have the above…

1 Piece

Vintage parts with some water damage to surface but tested and working.

Photographs display the two we have left in stock (originally we had larger stocks, all sold as working parts and no dissatisfied customers).

The LM323 are three-terminal positive voltage
regulators with a preset 5V output and a load
driving capability of 3A. New circuit design and
processing techniques are used to provide the
high output current without sacrificing the
regulation characteristics of lower current
The 3A regulator is virtually blowout proof.
Current limiting, power limiting and thermal shutdown provide high level of reliability. An overall
worst case specification for the combined effects
of input voltage, load current, ambient
temperature, and power dissipation ensure that
the LM323 will perform satisfactorily as a system

Please Note!

These came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co. and have been kept in storage for many years (date coded 143 our guess is ’81) they were stored loosely in a Linbin and have picked up some wear and tear and some oxidisation to the casing, this damage is to the surface only and they are in serviceable condition,  we have however classified them as ‘seller refurbished’. The packaging was marked ‘tested OK june 08’ prior to our purchase, and remember we offer a full guarantee on all our items. At the time of listing we have 2 left in stock see photographs they are of the actual parts we hold and display the damage to the cases.

If you have similar items to this, or indeed any electronic components that are surplus to requirements please contact us with details.
