WKP Series AC Line Rated Ceramic Disc Capacitors
Roederstein WKP Series AC Line Rated Ceramic Disc Capacitors comply with IEC 60384-14 4th edition. The high reliability, single layer AC disc safety capacitors, Class X1 (760VAC) and Class Y1 (500VAC) are available in a wide range of different lead styles. The WKP series is ideal for X1, Y1 according to IEC 60384-14.4, Across-the-line, Line-by-pass, and antenna coupling applications.

DESIGN
The capacitors consist of ceramic disc both sides of which
are silver plated. Connection leads are made of tinned
copper having diameters of 0.6 mm or 0.8 mm.
The capacitors may be supplied with straight or kinked
leads having a lead spacing of 12.5 mm.
Coating is made of blue coloured flame retardant epoxy resin
in accordance with UL 94 V-0.
These Roederstein WKP series parts are now discontinued they were later manufactured by Vishay.
