Ideal as a warning buzzer

Also an inexpensive, easily installed warning device should a door or cabinet or display case be opened.

 As an alarm, if a display case is opened when it shouldn’t be, the proprietor’s attention is immediately drawn and the culprit’s progress impeded.

To install, all that would be required is a DC power source between 6 and 12 Vdc (battery or mains adapter – see our shop for 6vdc adapters) and a simple contact switch – wired so that when the door or cabinet is opened the circuit is closed and the alarm sounds.
