Gold plated contacts on the inner of the pins to ensure a good connection, used to mount the smaller 8 pin range of DIL chips ie. op amps, timer chips 555’s, 741’s etc etc.
Low profile turned pin precision contact DIL sockets with standard 0.1″ (2.54mm) pin spacing and 7.62mm row pitch.
Please note the pins on these sockets are the standard straight type suitable to be plugged directly into pre drilled PCB’s.

These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’.
