1 PCB Per Lot! – containing a host of retrievable components
– They were retrieved from redundant but WORKING communications equipment, originating from the old Aircall Co. (they were involved with early mobile phone technology). As the PCB’s have been retrieved they may have some signs of use (the odd mark etc. see photographs) but they were fully functional when removed.
Each PCB will contain:
1 x Aluminium heat sink 100 x 75mm x 25mm high
1 x LM317K TO3 voltage regulator (various makes TI, ST etc)
1 x mini relay 4.5 or 5V ( eg. Omron G5V-2 – may vary)
1 x 8 pin chip Harris ICL 8211 CPA Programmable Voltage Detector
The Harris ICL8211 is a micropower bipolar monolithic integrated circuit intended primarily for precise voltage detection and generation. These circuits consist of an accurate voltage reference, a comparator and a pair of output buffer/drivers. Specifically, the ICL8211 provides a 7mA current limited output sink when the voltage applied to the ‘THRESHOLD’ terminal is less than 1.15V (the internal reference).
