They are loose packed and so may be marked a little, but they are unused.
Please note: we stock high quality ceramic bases for these, in fact they suit any TO3 metal can style of transistor, see our ebay shop or contact us directly.
The benefits of using these, include superb insulation enhanced heat dissipation, no deterioration over time, etc.
The insulators are aluminium oxide.
Information provided by a buyer: “Despite their thickness, approx 1.4mm, they conduct heat at least twice as well as mica insulators 0,1mm thick”

These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large Milspec type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’.
