GLASS EPOXY Header – Tin over Phosphor Bronze Contacts
These dual in line headers have 14 “U” shaped tin plated solder receptacle slots at the top of each pin facilitating the connection of wires or components across the gap between the DIL pins, the header could then be soldered or connected directly to a PCB or inserted into a standard 0.3″ DIL I.C. socket.
Ideal for prototyping or design and testing of circuits.

THESE PARTS CAME TO US AS PART OF A “JOB LOT” OF SURPLUS STOCK ORIGINATING FROM THE CAMBION – MIDLAND ROSS CO. A LARGE MILSPEC TYPE COMPONENT MANUFACTURER FROM YEARS GONE BY.
THEY ARE NOT DATE CODED BUT WE KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN IN STORAGE FOR SOME YEARS – HAND WRITTEN DATES ON SOME OF THE BOXES SUGGEST MANUFACTURE IN THE 1980’S. WE HAVE THEREFORE CLASSIFIED THEM AS “NEW OTHER” THOUGH THEY ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION. STORED WITH US STILL IN ORIGINAL CAMBION TUBES YOU WILL RECEIVE A CUT LENGTH OF TUBE CONTAINING THE QUANTITY ORDERED.
Given their age and the ‘Milspec’ type manufacturer these connectors were made to a specification not available today!
These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec ‘ type Co. and have been kept in storage for a time, they are however pristine, stored with us still in their original packaging and ‘as new’ in all respects, the photographs are representative of their excellent condition, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
