CK (Germany) PLCC Chip Extraction Tool Type 2371
- A German made quality tool – beware of cheap vastly inferior copies.
- Extracts PLCC components with between 20 to 124 pins.
- ESD compliant body.
- Hardened stainless steel pins.
- Self opening spring.
- Non overlapping handles.
- An easy-to-use tool, which greatly simplifies the process of removing PLCC type devices from their sockets.
- The hooks on the tools legs are placed in the holes found in opposite corners of the PLCC socket, the IC is removed easily and safely by lightly squeezing and lifting.
- Prevents damage to the IC itself and the socket frame (all too common an occurrence when improvising with a screwdriver or other levering implement).
