These are marked with the ‘MILSPEC’ CV7334 part no. which is equivalent to the later commercial part no. 2S026
They are date coded BB8035 – yes that’s 1980 but they are in ‘as new’ condition (see photo’s).
Comes in an original MILSPEC box complete with 2 Mica insulators and 4 insulating washers.
CV7334 NPN Transistor
The CV7334 is a bipolar junction transistor (BJT) with an NPN-type configuration. That means the CV7334 transistor has a positively charged layer between two negatively charged layers. This transistor has three terminals Base, Collector, and Emitter.
The CV7334 transistor symbol shows an arrow from the base into the emitter. This means that the current flows from collector terminal to emitter terminal.
