Panel Mount DC Socket

5 Pieces

These DC sockets have a slotted flange, designed to be slotted in to a 7 x 6mm cut out in a 1.5mm thick panel, this ensures an extremely tight and secure fit (the use of a little epoxy adhesive, while not absolutely necessary, may secure it even more firmly), this rigid fix is extremely useful when used in something like a laptop where a high plug and unplug rate is likely. They have three solder terminals and are designed for industrial and professional low-voltage applications.

Moulded in PBT, with nickel-plated brass centre pin, and tin plated brass terminals.
To mate with standard 5.5mm barrel 2.1mm centre pin DC plugs.

2.1mm centre pin, 5.5mm outer diameter.

Panel mount into a 7x6mm cut out.

3 solder connection tabs at the rear.
