Diotec GL1M equivalent to the old Philips BYD17M
Rectifier Diode Switching 1KV 1A 1500ns 2-Pin Mini-MELF T/R
These parts are manufactured by Diotec who took over the rights to the part from Philips they are a direct replacement for the Philips parts.
The only difference being the diameter of the diode is slightly smaller at 1.6mm instead of the 2mm diameter of the old Philips parts.
