GI – General Instrument was an American electronic components manufacturer. They formed in New York City in 1923 as an electronics manufacturer. During the 1950s, the company began a series of acquisitions under the direction of Moses Shapiro. Among the more notable purchases was General Transistor in 1960, which led to GI becoming a major producer of transistors, and later, integrated circuits (ICs).
Here for sale we have their 10A glass passivated single phase silicon bridge rectifier.

PLEASE NOTE!
These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large Milspec type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’. They are however pristine, stored with us still in their original packaging, the photograph is representative of their excellent condition, being of one of our actual stock, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
