The Philips HEF4035BDB is an early ceramic dual-in-line (CDIP) integrated circuit from Philips’ HEF4000 LOCMOS (Local Oxidation Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) logic family.
- “B”: Indicates it belongs to the buffered 4000-series CMOS logic family.
- “D”: Denotes a 16-pin dual-in-line (DIL).
- “B” : Ceramic package (Cerdip / SOT73 designator).
- Synchronous Operation: It features a fully edge-triggered clock input (CP) that shifts or loads data on the LOW-to-HIGH transition.
- Parallel & Serial Inputs: It features 4 synchronous parallel data inputs (P₀ to P₃) and 2 synchronous serial inputs (J, K).
- True/Complement Control: The T/C pin switches the 4 outputs (O₀ to O₃) between non-inverting (active HIGH) and inverting (active LOW) modes.
- Asynchronous Master Reset: A HIGH signal on the MR pin immediately resets all bit positions regardless of the clock status.
- Operating Temperature Range: -40 °C to +125 °C

PLEASE NOTE!
These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘milspec’ type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’, they are however pristine, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
If you have similar items to this, or indeed any electronic components that are surplus to requirements please contact us with details.
