Body of diode marked: 1ZM26 T5 – 7443
Sealed bags marked: G 879/Z
While diodes were invented in the 1950’s, the tape and reel packaging we are familiar with today became standard many years later during the 1970’s, as the electronics manufacturing industry evolved to favor automated assembly over manual placement. These are date coded 7443 and are loose packed in sealed bags of 20 pieces.
THESE CAME TO US AS PART OF A “JOB LOT” OF SURPLUS STOCK ORIGINATING FROM A LARGE ‘MILSPEC’ TYPE OEM.
These are genuine International Rectifier diodes packed in sealed bags of 20 pieces. Unfortunately we can find no further information on them, if you have older data books and can find any specifications for them we would be very grateful to receive it.

- These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘MILSPEC’ type co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’, they are however in good serviceable condition, the photographs are representative of their general appearance, being of some of our actual stock, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
