The DT3201 is a 15 Watt medium-power NPN silicon type transistor designed for use in general purpose industrial applications, it has hFE in the range 15-45.
It has a non-standard encapsulation and could be mounted directly to a PCB.
Optional separate mounting rings were originally available for them but they are not included here, what you see in the photographs is what you will receive.
Date coded in the early 1970’s
