Lucas Semi-conductor Transistor type no. DT1603

Lucas Industries was a major UK manufacturer of components for the aerospace industry, during the 1960’s they branched into semiconductors. These DT1603 transistors were made then, they are date coded 1964.They are 100mW low power NPN silicon types that are “characterised for use in driving stages and intertage coupling in counting circuits employing cold cathode numerical indicators and counting tubes”
These are genuine vintage Lucas parts we have 9 pieces in total, all date coded 1964 but with a variety of week numbers ie 6411, 6426, 6441 etc.They came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co. still in their original Lucas packaging
