THESE ARE A SPECIAL IN THAT THEY HAVE 3 CONTACTS IN A 5 WAY SHELL, THE CONTACTS ARE ARRANGED IN THE STANDARD TRIANGULAR FORMATION SO THEY WILL MATE WITH ANY STANDARD 3 WAY DIN PLUG. HOWEVER THEY WILL ALSO MATE WITH ANY STANDARD 5 PIN DIN PLUG, BUT ONLY 3 CONTACTS CAN BE MADE.

Description

A 3 pin DIN cable mounting female audio connector with black plastic body, copper contacts and ABS back covers. These cable mounting audio/video male connectors have solder terminations, and an internal strain relief cable grip.

These two connectors facilitate the assembly of your own customised leads, SOCKET TO SOCKET ADAPTOR extensions etc.
