Amplivox Vintage Switch/Clip On Assembly
Containing CTE3 Arrow 250V 3A Miniature Toggle Switch with a chrome dolly
3 Position – On/Off/ & Momentary On
(momentary side is sprung so actuated only while pressure applied – dolly then returns to centre off position).
Switch has 3 solder terminals
Please note: these came to us from a large ‘Milspec type Co. having been stored loosely in a poly bag for some years, while they are unused and work perfectly condition is as per the photographs with the odd mark etc. we have therefore classified them as new other.
Also as can be seen in the photographs only 2 screws are supplied to secure the back plate, despite there being 4 threaded brass ferrules!
This is a vintage bit of kit made by Amplivox (Wembley England) the clip on housing allows the switch to be worn, it would be ideal used as an operating switch on a piece of equipment carried on the person, ie as a push to talk microphone switch for mobile radio use etc.
