GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The 74HC/HCT4053 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin compatible with the “4053” of the “4000B” series. They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A.
These came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co. and have been kept in storage for some years (reel date coded 9337) we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’. They are however still on original tape and reel and in as new condition.
