Description
The 74HC/HCT32 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A.
The 74HC/HCT32 provide the 2-input OR function.
Features
(1) High speed: tpd = 10 ns (typ.) at VCC = 5 V
(2) Low power dissipation: ICC = 1.0 µA (max) at T a = 25
(3) Compatible with TTL outputs: VIH = 2.0 V (min): VIL = 0.8 V (max)
(4) Wide interfacing ability: LSTTL, NMOS, CMOS
(5) Balanced propagation delays: tPLH ≈ tPHL
