GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The 74HCT365D is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device
and IS pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL
(LSTTL). It is specified in compliance with JEDEC
standard no. 7A.
The 74HCT365 is a hex buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs controlled by the output enable inputs (OEn). A HIGH on OEn causes the outputs to assume a high impedance OFF-state. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC.

These came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co. and have been kept in storage for some years (reel dated 2001) we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’. They are however in the same condition as the day they were made.
