They will fit on a 25 mm circular pipe, tube, chair leg or other furniture made from 25mm tubing.
If wishing to firmly secure in place (especially if the shaft is a little narrower), a little adhesive should be applied.

Outer diameter: 29 mm
Inner diameter: 25 mm
The outer of the cap is slightly tapered, it is approx 1mm wider at the bottom than it is at the top,
