These have 2 dummy lugs which facilitate stability when mounting to a PCB etc..
Pins are marked 1,2,3 and 4 – 2 being positive, 4 being negative, the dummy pins being 1 and 3.
A protective sleeve is fitted to the capacitors base, this can be left in place or discarded when the capacitor is soldered into place.
