Speaker Grill Type LSG10B These grills are made from a flat piece of steel that has been pressed into a flattened concave shape with a grid pressed out forming a lattice, where the grid ends the steel is cut and the lattice terminates, being circular this leaves the rim uneven, this rim is than covered with a flexible rubber ‘u’ shaped sleeving for a neat finish. The rim is approx 11mm wide. They are very rigid and sturdy and will hold their shape ( they cannot be easily bent or reshaped by hand) To suit 10″ speakers, they have a black painted steel finish, the rubber surround helps to put a professional finish to any sound system enabling a solid fix (avoiding any vibration) , – a good quality set of steel fixing clamps to suit these (set of 4) are available elsewhere in our shop
These could also be used as a protective grill for a large fan, or indeed for any application that requires a large supply entry hole to be covered, – air supply or extraction for example.
