PUSH-PULL FOUR CHANNEL DRIVER WITH DIODES
L293D – a monolithic integrated, high voltage, high current, 4-channel driver.
Incorporating the following features: push-pull four channel stepper motor driver, 4 drivers, 4.5V to 36V supply voltage, 600mA output current,
-40°C to +150°C, 16-DIP case, the device is a monolithic integrated high voltage, high current four channel driver designed to accept standard DTL
or TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads (such as relays solenoids, DC and stepping motors) and switching power transistors,
over temperature protection, internal clamp diodes, suitable for use in switching applications at frequencies up to 5kHz, supplied in tube.
These genuine S.T. parts are date coded 1999 they came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co.
Having been in storage for some time we have classified them as ‘new other’.
In fact they are still in their original tubes and ‘as new’ in all respects.
Ideal if you wish to add a touch of authenticity to a repair or refurbishment of an older piece of equipment.
