The M24256-BWP is a 256kb I²C-compatible Serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) organized as 32K x 8 bits. This EEPROM can operate with a supply voltage from 2.5 to 5.5V. It is compatible with all I²C bus modes of 1MHz, 400 and 100kHz.
