SGS Thompson Ultrasonic or Infrared remote control transmitter chip 

Exact Equivalent to Plessey SL490, SL490B remote control encoder

A little De soldering will be necessary to retrieve the chip! Also on the PCB a small transistor, capacitors, resistors and a tactile switch
