Please note:- these are not the standard through hole straight pinned variety, the pins are bent to 90′ away from the main body of the socket to suit applications where soldering directly to circuit tracks or wires.
They are not suitable to be plugged in to pre drilled PCB’s!
Low profile turned pin precision contact DIL sockets with standard 0.1″ (2.54mm) spacing.
Gold plated contacts on the inner of the pins to ensure a good connection, used to mount processors eproms etc. that may need to be inserted and extracted many times.
