Series SD 166

Model A

16V 50/60HZ 

D-Frame solenoid utilizes a 4-sided closed steel frame 36mm x 25mm x 32mm 

Piston total length 37mm and 18mm protruding from coil housing.

Overall weight: 

Solenoid marked 16VDC though the piston pulls in nicely on 12VDC it remains in as long as the coil is energised (12 to 16V)

The piston has a spring return as soon as voltage is cut it returns to its original position, the travel is approximately 5mm.

Short duty cycle.

Brand new and in original packaging these came to us from the stores of a ‘milspec’ type electronics Co.

Fully working parts though though they may have picked up a little grime having been in storage for some years, (see photographs for general condition). 

Can be screw fixed when mounted, threaded holes (4mm approx) are provided (but no screws), for both horizontal (as pictured) and vertical mounting
