Open top Static Shielding Bag ~ Metal-In
Static shielding bags, also known as ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) bags, are designed to protect sensitive electronic components from static electricity damage during storage and transportation. These bags typically have a four-layer construction with a metal “Faraday cage” layer that shields the contents from electric fields and prevents static build-up. They are commonly used for items like PCBs, integrated circuits, and other electronic components.

These bags came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large PCB manufacturing Co., they were retained after purchase of static sensitive devices for re-use, we have therefore classified them as ‘used’, they are however in very good condition, the photographs are representative of this, being of some of our actual stock, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
