These are marked with the ‘MILSPEC’ CV7115 part no. which is equivalent to the commercial part no. NKT415
They are date coded 7037 – yes that’s 1970.
*Comes in an original MILSPEC box complete with 2 Mica insulators. Packed on a cardboard sleeve within the original box. the sleeve has pressed against the raised part of the transistor body and caused some oxidisation spots to occur, this does not affect their function in any way.

These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec ‘ type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, they are however in good serviceable condition, (see * above), and are stored with us still in their original packaging, the photographs are representative of their general appearance, being of one of our actual stock, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
