OVERVIEW
• Rugged, die cast aluminium alloy (tough – yet easy to machine), electronic instrument enclosure.
• Aluminium alloy to BS1490, LM2M – supplied in natural finish.
• Lap joint construction provides protection against access of dust and splashing water to IP54. Also provides excellent EMC performance.
• Lids are retained by 4, 6 or 8 (depending on size of box) M3.5 x 12 countersunk screws made of nickel plated brass, (POZIDRIV No. 2 head). These screw into pre drilled threaded holes in pillars incorporated in the box casing (see photographs).
• Countersunk lid holes.
• Designed to meet IP54.
• Low side wall draft angle (2 degrees or less) for easy P.C. board mounting.

Design incorporates a smart natural appearance which will accept any finish including cellulose, they are corrosion resistant and ideal for RF applications where high screening properties are required.
