Description
Plastic Complimentary Silicon Darlington Transistor
Motorola Tip 122 Transistor
Medium-Power
1 Piece
The TIP122 is a complementary NPN Power Darlington Transistor with low collector-emitter saturation voltage. It is manufactured in planar technology with base island layout. The resulting transistor show exceptional high gain performance coupled with very low saturation voltage. Designed for use in linear and switching industrial applications. 0.12A Base current 1.92°C/W Junction-to-case thermal resistance 62.5°C/W Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance

These genuine Motorola parts are date coded 93
They came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co.
Ideal if repairing or refurbishing a vintage piece of equipment and wishing to add authenticity. Having been in storage for some time we have classified them as ‘new other’.
In fact they are still in their original tubes and ‘as new’ in all respects.
Now discontinued for full datasheet copy and paste:-

We Purchase Surplus Stock!!!
If you or your company has items similar to the above, or indeed any electronic
components surplus to requirements, please contact us with details as we are
keen to increase our stock profile
As many of our lines come in to us as surplus – sometimes from high end
‘Milspec’ type manufacturers we try to pass on our savings to our customers –
often selling industrial grade or military spec components at a fraction of their
original cost.
