Description
The 1N4750 Zener Diode is a high-power 1 Watt 27V Zener Diode with a low reverse leakage current and accurate working voltage. The 1N4750 is ideal for use in power supplies and converter circuits.

- Max. Regulator Current (Izm): 0.034A
- Max. Reverse Leakage Current (Ir): 5µA

While diodes were invented in the 1950’s, the tape and reel packaging we are familiar with today became standard many years later during the 1970’s, as the electronics manufacturing industry evolved to favour automated assembly over manual placement. These are not date coded and are loose packed so we think they were manufactured in the 70’s or 80’s.
