These are a heavy duty, Milspec type switch as one would expect from the Miltac SAIA stable.
The body of the switch is sealed and completely encased, the roller mechanism is superbly engineered, the Nylon roller if struck from one side depresses the lever arm and thus the actuator button, if struck from the other it does not, the Nylon roller flips backward without depressing the lever arm and thus NOT operating the switch.
If one imagines a pendulum swinging over the switch low enough to hit the Nylon roller, the forward swing would depress it and operate the switch, the backward swing would not, we have tried to demonstrate this in the photographs.
- PLEASE NOTE!
These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Mispec’ type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’, they are however pristine, stored with us sealed in original packaging, the photographs are representative of their general condition, being of some of our actual stock, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
If you have similar items to this, or indeed any electronic components that are surplus to requirements please contact us with details.
