3-Terminal Adjustable Regulator
General Description
The LM317HV is an adjustable 3-terminal positive
voltage regulator capable of supplying in excess of 1.5A
over a 1.2V to 57V output range. They are exceptionally
easy to use and require only two external resistors to set the
output voltage. Further, both line and load regulation are better than standard fixed regulators.
The LM317HVK STEEL is packaged in standard TO-3 transistor package

THESE CAME TO US AS PART OF A “JOB LOT” OF SURPLUS STOCK ORIGINATING FROM A LARGE MILSPEC TYPE OEM. THEY ARE DATE CODED H8444, – AN ANTIQUE SEMICONDUCTOR ???
Having been in storage for many years we have classified them as ‘new other’ but they are in perfect condition.
