Philips CV7875 vintage silicon avalanche diode manufactured by Philips Electronics built to military/industrial “CV” specifications and is housed in a glass DO-7 package.
Often co-branded or cross-referenced with Mullard as the OA202 which was the commercial equivalent of this milspec part.
Rectifier Diode, 1 Phase, 1 Element, 0.16A, 150V V(RRM)
- Type: Silicon diode (often mistaken for germanium due to its vintage era, but it is silicon)
- Package: Subminiature glass DO-7 envelope
- Maximum Continuous Reverse Voltage (Vr): 150 V
- Forward Current (If): ~160 mA
- Forward Voltage (Vf): Typically ~0.9 V at 30 mA
- Reverse Recovery Time (trr): Typically 3.5 µs
Military Equivalent: CV7875)
These CV7875 military spec parts are now obsolete for datasheet on the commercial equivalent search…OA202
PLEASE NOTE!
- These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’. They are however pristine, and, as with all our products they come with a full guarantee.
