DESCRIPTION
The HEF4025B provides the positive triple 3-input NOR
function. The outputs are fully buffered for highest noise
immunity and pattern insensitivity of output impedance.
These came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co. and have been kept in storage for some years, (reel dated 0031) we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’. They are however in the same condition as the day they were made, surface mount taped and still on their original reel, see photographs.
