DESCRIPTION
The TIP35C is a silicon Epitaxial-Base NPN
transistor mounted in TOP3 plastic package. It
is intended for use in power amplifier and
switching applications.
The complementary PNP type is TIP36C.

TIP35C Transistor Explained / Description:

TIP36C is a good high power PNP transistor available in TO-218 and TO-247 packages. The transistor is designed for general purpose applications and can be used in variety of general switching and amplification applications.

The maximum collector current of the transistor is -25A which is quite enough for driving variety of high current loads such as motors, high power LEDs, Bulbs, high power relays, part of a circuit and variety of devices. Moreover the maximum collector to emitter voltage is upto -100V which is an another plus point, with this high voltage capability you can easily drive loads under 100V. Other than that the transistor is also a good amplifier, it could be used to build high power audio amplifier or it could also be used in conjunction with the TIP36C in audio amplifier circuits.

The heatsinks come with various pre drilled and threaded holes two of which are used to mount the TIP transistors.

These units came to us already assembled as seen in the photographs, we believe they were intended to be incorporated into a high quality audio amplifier but these were never actually built.

The assemblies are stored with us packed loosey in manufacturer’s tote bins, they are unused and the component parts are in very good condition.

As they have been in storage for some time and are loose packed we have classified them as ‘new other’

These units came to us as partly assembled unused surplus stock from a manufacturing Co. they have been kept in storage for a time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’. The component parts are however pristine, the units are stored with us still in the manufacturers tote bins.
