These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock, there does not seem to be any data available on the web on these so we are unable to give any information as to their function. However they are brand new and tubed.

It appears they are a 4 bit microcomputer
They are stored with us in their original tubes.
Purchasers will receive their chip (‘s) correctly packed in anti static packaging.
