Silicon rectifier diodes in D0-4 metal envelope, intended for use in power rectifier applications.
Normal polarity (cathode to stud): BYX38-1200.
These genuine vintage parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co.
Having been in storage for many years (date coded 7349) we have classified them as ‘new other’.
These parts are now obsolete!
