Description:
These BC107 transistors are silicon planar epitaxial NPN transistors in TO-18 metal case.
They are suitable for use in driver stages, low noise input stages and signal processing circuits of television receivers.
The PNP complementary type is the BC177.
Small signal general purpose transistor with silicon planar epitaxial construction, suitable for low noise general purpose audio amplifiers.

These transistors were originally supplied to a ‘Milspec’ type OEM, they came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock. Having been in storage for some time (date code 87) we have classified them as ‘new other’. In fact they are still in their original packaging and ‘as new’ in all respects.
