The TIP121 is a complementary NPN Power Darlington Transistor with low collector-emitter saturation voltage. It is manufactured in planar technology with base island layout. The resulting transistor show exceptional high gain performance coupled with very low saturation voltage. Designed for use in linear and switching industrial applications. 0.12A Base current 1.92°C/W Junction-to-case thermal resistance 62.5°C/W Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance

These genuine Motorola parts are date coded 9029
They came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co.
