The LAD6019AB5 comes with different power output jack plugs – this adaptor has a 6.5mm power jack plug with a centre pin.
NOT THE 5mm DIAMETER JACK OR THE 4 PIN DIN TYPE WHICH LINEARITY CONFUSINGLY MARKET UNDER THE SAME PART NO.
