DESCRIPTION
NPN medium frequency transistor in a SOT23 plastic
package
These genuine Philips parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock.
Originating from a large ‘Milspec’ type Co. they have been in storage for some time.
We have therefore classified them as ‘new other’ however, they are in pristine condition, still on their original Philips reel.

These parts came to us as part of a lot of surplus stock from a large Milspec type Co. and have been kept in storage for some time, we have therefore classified them as ‘new other’.
